Submission procedures and important dates:

Prepare your manuscript in IEEE-explore format (double columns spaced paper) with no more than 6-pages. Templates found here can be used.

Upload a PDF for your manuscript to the conference website no later than November 15, 2017 .

Acceptance notification deadline is 1st of December, 2017.

Add copyright and verify that your manuscript is IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress as instructed here.

Camera Ready Submission Deadline: 10th December 2017
